Based on chapter 3 of GDPR, you as data subject have the following rights related to your personal data:

Right to access
We offer you (the data subject) access to the personal data processed by us. This means that you may contact us and we will inform you what personal data we have collected and processed and the purposes such data are used for. 

Right to rectify
You have the right to have incorrect/imprecise, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary personal data we have stored about you, to be rectified or completed.

Right to erasure
You may require us to erase your personal data from our systems. We will comply with such requests unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data. After the data have been erased, we may not immediately be able to delete all residual copies from our active servers and backup systems. Such copies shall be erased as soon as reasonably possible.

Right to restrict
You shall have the right to demand from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

1. 
   the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you;
   2. the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of use instead;
   3. we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but we are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
   4. You have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds override your objection.

We shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

Right to object
You may object to the use of personal data if such data is processed for other purposes than purposes necessary for the performance of our services, legitimate interest or for compliance with a legal obligation. You may also object to any further processing of personal data after prior given consent. If you object to the further processing of personal data, this may lead to fewer possibilities to use our services.

Right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal data from us in a structured, commonly used format.

Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
You shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you unless:

• This is necessary for entering into, or performance of a contract;

• This is authorized by Union or Member State law to which we are subject and – which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or

• This is based on your explicit consent.

How to use the rights
These rights may be used by sending an e-mail to privacy@birdsight.io or contact us at the address set out above, including the following information: name and phone number. We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm your identity. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded. Please note that for certain personal data we might act as a processor and therefore the requests and inquiries might be directed to the controller. In case you consider our processing activities of personal data to be inconsistent with the applicable data protection laws, a complaint may be lodged with the local supervisory authority for data protection.
